Welcome back! We are so glad you've decided to return to AIB. If there is anything we can do, please let us know. You will need to work with a member of the Admissions Office to ensure your transition back is a smooth one. Also, please consider attending our re-entry orientation in order to familiarize yourself with AIB again.
Admission Requirements
Returning students must submit an application for admission. All re-entry students will be reviewed by the Admissions Acceptance Committee for appropriate action, which includes acceptance, acceptance with conditions or non-acceptance. If required, returning students may have to retake entrance and guidance tests.
When a re-entry student file comes before the Admissions Acceptance Committee, the following information will be considered:
- Academic transcript of the student's work at AIB.
- Attendance while at AIB.
- Reason for withdrawal.
- Social behavior situations, if any.
- Housing situations, if any.
Returning students must submit a completed Housing Contract and the housing deposit (if not already on account). Students must comply with the AIB housing policies unless granted an exemption. Students may request a housing exemption on the Admissions Application.
The student must also pay any outstanding balance due the College prior to re-enrollment. The student should contact the Forsyth Financial Aid Services Office for information and financial aid application forms. The student should arrange with the Student Financial Services Office to pay tuition.
