Accreditation / Approvals / Complaint Procedures

AIB College of Business is an independent, coeducational, college of business established under Chapter 504A of the Iowa Nonprofit Corporation Act. The College is a tax-exempt organization as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code. AIB is a single-campus college located in Des Moines, Iowa.

Individuals, other than current students and employees of AIB College of Business (AIB), wishing to file a complaint with AIB should contact AIB’s Director of Institutional Accountability/Compliance at
515-246-5352. A complaint is defined as a concern that a policy or procedure has been incorrectly or unfairly applied or that inappropriate behavior or action has occurred. The policies and procedures for student and employee complaints are outlined in the current Student Handbook and Employee Handbook.

  • AIB is approved by the United States Department of Justice for training foreign students.
